This online store features a variety of energy saving products offered at highly competitive, discounted prices. By choosing ENERGY STAR® certified items and other energy efficient products, customers can save energy and money while conserving natural resources and supporting a cleaner environment.
Who runs the UniSource Energy Services Marketplace?
This Marketplace is brought to you through a collaboration between Franklin Energy and UniSource Energy. To place an order through the UniSource Energy Marketplace, you must be a UniSource residential customer. UniSource Energy Services provides safe, reliable energy to almost 278,000 customers across Arizona. Our natural gas service reaches about 171,000 customers in northern and southern Arizona, while our electric service reaches more than 107,000 customers in Mohave and Santa Cruz counties.
Who is eligible for this marketplace?
UniSource Energy residential customers are eligible to make purchases on the UniSource Energy Services Marketplace. Rebate eligiblity is determined by your UniSource Energy account service type and previous rebate participation. In addition, the rate code associated with your utility account is used to determine eligibility for rebates on EV Charger products.
Is there a maximum amount I can buy?
There is no maximum amount of products that you can buy, but there are limits on how many utility rebated products you can receive. The rebate limits are as follows:
Dehumidifers: Limit of two (2) rebated dehumidifiers per customer per calendar year.
Air Purifiers: Limit of two (2) rebated air purifiers per customer per calendar year.
Weatherization Kit: Limit of one (1) rebated weatherization kit per customer per calendar year.
Weatherization Products: Limit of two (2) rebated weatherization products per customer per calendar year.
EV Chargers: Limit of two (2) rebated EV chargers per customer per calendar year*
Showerheads: Limit of three (3) rebated water showerheads per customer per calendar year.
Aerators: Limit of three (3) rebated aerators per customer per calendar.
Advanced Power Strips: Limit of two (2) rebated advanced power strips per customer per calendar year.
Lighting Products: Limit of thirty-five (35) rebated lighting products per customer per calendar year.
*Not all customers are eligible for rebates on EV charger products.
How do I know if my order was received?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. The order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your UniSource Energy utility account.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept payment by MasterCard™, Visa™, Discover™, or American Express™. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your delivery status on the shipping carrier's website.
